Fantastic service from start to finish. I made an enquiry about a Fiat 500 at 0900 in the morning and drove it home at 1300 on the same day! Sophie welcomed me and my wife on arrival and dealt with everything speedily and with great professionalism with her experience showing through the whole process. The vehicle we purchased is lovely and purchased at a decent price. When we buy another vehicle, then I will definitely be looking to return to Motorline Direct Ltd.

It was a very pleasant experience visiting the showroom. It was very clean and vehicles were immaculately displayed. We weren't pressurized at all by the sales staff so it was nice to have a leisurely look round. Sophie assisted us with our purchase and everything went through smoothly thanks to her. To be honest she went that extra mile for us to aid a stress free purchase. Thanks to Sophie and the team we wouldn't hesitate to visit there again in the future.

Since my first call to Motor-line Direct Ltd and speaking with Sophie, she have been very helpful, informative, professional but in a manner that put me at ease, an able to guided me through the process of, visiting them with clear directions, viewing the car, test driving it, then guiding me the purchasing process and including sorting out tax,mot and paperwork. Sophie has answered my many questions and clarified any concerns that I have had along the way. They also give you a 3 months warranty with the car.
What a lovely surprise I had on the day of collecting my new car"¦ I was presented with a lovely bowed box and inside was several welcomed gifts"¦ Hand made chocolates, bottle of Prosecco, bottle perfumed oil bottle for the car..plus more.
I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Motor-line Direct due to the customer service I have received from them.
