Motorline Direct Ltd were great because the sales person was courteous, efficient and professional. However, following purchase and after a Toyota service 1500 miles after the vehicle was purchased a number of faults were found which were rectified under the Toyota warranty. We were told it would have a service before it was purchased. In fact it had only had an oil and filter change. One week after purchase the rear tyres needed replacing as no longer legal. The passenger slide sliding door was faulty due to a break in attempt before we bought the vehicle. One week after purchase the adblue system failed and it has since been back to Toyota four times to have it rectified. The two Toyota recalls had not been done on the vehicle before it was purchased from Motorline. The overall purchase experience was very good and the salesperson was extremely helpful and very good vehicle cosmetic preparation. A shame that Motorline is let down by poor mechanical preparation.
