I would recommend Motorline Direct Ltd to friends and family because from start to finish, I had a great experience. I have been to other garages in the past who could really learn a thing or two from Motorline Direct. It was really important for me to not have to deal with a 'pushy' salesman, and someone who actually listened to what i was looking for. When I visited, I was looked after initially by Natasha who was really friendly. Natasha then passed me over to Ashley, who was not at all pushy, and he explained the whole process clearly. He let me test drive 2 cars, and gave me time to work out which was the one for me, without any pushy sales talk. Once I'd decided on the car, he helped answer a few questions I had, and I was then passed over to Sophie who was also lovely, explained everything very clearly and made the process very easy. I'm really happy with my car and would absolutely use Motorline Direct again in future. Thank you so much team!

We had a really positive experience with Motorline Direct. Initially, we purchased a beautiful car with perfect specs, but unfortunately it developed issues and had to be returned.
The Manager handled everything impeccably and truly went above and beyond to find us a similar replacement. Today we've received the new car and are very happy.
Of course, with any second-hand car, it's impossible to know everything about its history "” but what really matters is the aftercare. In our case, the team remained just as supportive and professional when an issue arose as they were during the sale, which says a lot.
Transparent, trustworthy, and excellent customer service throughout.
