Perfect experience with Sophie from the very first phone call to driving home in my new Ford Ranger.
I sent off the initial enquiry from autotrader around 5pm. I received a phone call from Sophie within 15 minutes.
The initial finance agreement, part exchange details and my many questions were all answered and approved the same night.
A date was made less than a week later for collection after the truck had had a full MOT and Service.
On arrival to Motorline, my new truck was sat gleaming by the front doors.
Exchange took less than 20 minutes, most of it spent relaxing and signing the incredibly organised documents, while drinking tea.
I left with an entirely unexpected gift box, my keys and a perfect experience of buying a vehicle.
This experience is what all company's should aim to provide.
Absolutely first class.
I adore my Ranger and plan on enjoying it for as long as possible, but when the time comes... I would not go anywhere else.

Having bought a Golf GTD from Motorline Direct In Loughborough and driven it home to the NE of Scotland, I discovered that that I could not adjust the steering wheel position. My local garage confirmed that there was fault and the only solution was a complete replacement of the steering column.

I contacted Motorline Direct, who were very helpful in organising and paying for the fitting of a new steering column, which had to be fitted by a VW agent. What I thought might turn into a nightmare (especially given my distance from Loughborough), was made simple and painless. I cannot praise their service enough.
