After 9 months of ownership I thought it was time to share my experience of buying from Motorline. Whilst this car wasn't exactly what I wanted, I couldn't ignore how well presented it was and the great reviews the company received online, therefore I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Gary and his professional, informative, non pushy approach won me over and I decided to buy the car. As this was a long distance sale I felt slightly apprehensive travelling over from Ireland but I was pleasantly surprised when I seen the car in person, it exceeded my expectations and was beautifully presented to me. The car has been superb and not caused me a moments bother. The whole sales process was a breeze from start to finish and I cannot recommend Motorline & Gary highly enough.

After searching long and hard for quite some time, the car I was looking for finally became available, and luckily for me, was available only a few miles from where I live. I popped over unannounced to Motorlinedirect and was met with a warm smile and the offer of a drink by the very professional sales executive called Sophie. I asked if I could view the car, and was promptly given access to it, and as much time as I wanted to look around it on my own with nobody breathing down my neck, which I appreciated immensely. After deciding I would like the car, subject to a test drive and upon agreeing a part ex for my current car, I continued to be dealt with by Sophie, the sales executive looking after me. Sophie was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and also offering advice to me that I hadn't thought about too. No pushy sales talk and not pushing any extras for me to purchase, which is also a refreshing welcome change. The car itself is in fantastic condition, drives perfectly, and was exceptionally clean upon collection. I love it..! The whole process of buying the car was so easy and uncomplicated from start to finish. Sophie was a genuinely lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble, with any correspondence replied to and dealt with very quickly. In fact all the team working there were very polite and helpful throughout my whole purchasing experience. I can honestly say that my confidence in car sales has been restored after very bad experiences with a couple of so called reputable dealers in recent times.
Highly recommend this place for its refreshingly candid approach to car sales. Thanks to all working there, especially Sophie.

Recently purchased a Tesla from Motorline and wanted to thank Gary and the team for a straightforward, hassle free experience. The car was well presented and looks practically brand new. As it's my first EV they were able to answer any questions or queries I had and nothing was too much trouble. From the very first phone call to the final handshake, the service from Motorpoint Direct in Loughborough was outstandingly efficient, professional, and reassuringly well organised.

James, in particular, was excellent throughout. Both vehicle valuations, for my Jaguar XJ and their Volkswagen Touareg, were spot on and reflected a genuine understanding of the vehicles, their condition, and specification. No games, no unnecessary back and forth, just honest and sensible figures from the start.

What really stood out was James's attention to detail. He was fastidious with the paperwork, ensuring everything was accurate, clear, and handled properly, something I personally value enormously. It made the whole process feel smooth, trustworthy, and refreshingly stress-free.

The sales office itself reflected exactly the same standard: smart, clean, professional, and welcoming, which only added to the confidence in the experience.

Buying a car should feel exciting, not exhausting and thanks to James and the team at Motorpoint Direct, Loughborough it absolutely did.

A first-class experience from start to finish, and one I would happily recommend to anyone.
