The staff at Motorline Direct Ltd were good because they were not pressuring on my initial visit and they made me feel very welcome. Time was taken to show me all the available cars and any new arrivals due within the following week which i ended up buying without seeing. My expectations were met and the car was immaculate. Really pleased with the overall experience and would definitely return when i am due my next car. Thanks to Josh and all the team for their hard work to push this through so quickly.

Great service from Motorline Direct.
I've just purchased a Jaguar XF from here. They couldn't have been more helpful. From the initial enquiry, they phoned me within minutes to ask if i needed any information and would I like to book a viewing. I hate buying cars as you never know what you're getting, or what the service will be like. On arrival I was greeted by the friendly team and handed over to James to deal with. He answered all questions, told me about the car, and took me for a test drive. No pushy sales. I purchased the car and went to collect a week later. Again the same friendly service, all paperwork completed quickly, and hand over was stress free. I was given a gift box as a thank you. ( I won't mention what's in it as it's a nice surprise for those who buy in future)
The car drives great, and hopefully will be with me for some time.

I initially rang Motorline Direct just to make an enquiry, with absolutely no intention of purchasing a car. Sophie was exceptional from the very first phone call "” she invited us down to have a look at the car we were interested in, and we're so glad she did.

When we arrived, we were welcomed into a clean and professional showroom, and Sophie took the time to show us the vehicle properly without any pressure at all. She gave us plenty of space to look around, consider our options, and make the right decision for us.

In the end, we ended up making a deal and purchasing the car, and the whole experience was completely stress-free and hassle-free from start to finish. Sophie genuinely looked after us throughout the process, and her customer service was outstanding.
