I recently bought a Fiat 500x from. Motorpoint. I dealt with James who was really efficient and professional at all times pre and after sale. I am really pleased with the car and the service I received. I had some reservations about part exchanging and reserving a car unseen but I neednt have worried about it at all. James found a couple of items still in my old car and offered to post them to me!! The staff there are all friendly and good, honest service is what you get.

So bought our motor from this joint a few months back now and we have had a few minor teething 🦷 issues so popped it back in over the weekend for an examination with the motorline direct team!
Looks like most issues have been sorted although the mystery of the passenger door sometimes opening and sometimes not continues! The fault has been identified but we now have a 6 week wait for the new part to arrive so will have to cope with the spooky 👻 door for the time being!
If you are ever in doubt, who you gonna call..........the ghostbusters at motorline direct cos they aint afraid of no ghosts! 👍
