Great car buying experience!

Great customer experience from the first enquiry phone call, through the purchase process, the car pick up and the after sales care! What was great was the fact that one person dealt with the entire end to end process for us as a customer!

Sophie was excellent and most deserving of a 5+ star customer service which was seamless throughout! Everything was explained, car tax and registration documents sorted; it was like buying directly from a manufacturer dealership!

We could not fault Sophie or Motorlinedirect at all! Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience and also for the surprise gift!

Brilliant from start to finish!

I'd been looking for a new car for several months and test drove 4 prior to Motorpoint. I just happened to see the car on AutoTrader (which ticked my long list of boxes!) and called to ask if I could come to see it within the next hour.
Dealt with a man called Gary who I liked right away. Seemed genuine and no pushy sales tactics which are a huge no-go for me - I know what I want and don't want, I don't need to be sold to and have had some bad experiences in the past. Gary was great - kind, really knowledgeable and helpful both before and after sales. Made sure I was comfortable driving away and had all the info I needed, sorted my tax etc.

I also got a nice little treat box to take home which was a lovely touch! Very happy and would highly recommend and definitely return. They have good ratings for a reason!! Thanks Gary and the team! 😁
