Sophie helped us through the process start to finish in a very professional and educated manner, which 90% of companies lack and try put a hard sell on you. Not with Motorline direct and certainly not with Sophie. Her service was 10/10, even offered and recommended services which i believe no other company would offer. I had a great experience at Motorline Direct Ltd because I bought a very nice and tidy car at a reasonable price.
When I first visited we just wanted to look around but found three Model Y's that were all of interest, I popped my head in the office and Sophie came straight over, got the keys and opened the 3 cars, she asked if we wanted any help and we said no we would just like to take a look, Sophie instantly left us alone and said if there is anything we need please let her no, but there was no hard sell at all which was a refreshing change at a car dealers. A few days later I e-mailed Sophie and we had a quick phone call again no hard sell at all just polite assistance and answered all my questions. We did actually go back for another look at the one car in particular and again Sophie answered all questions but left to us take a look on our own.
Following week we were nearly ready to buy so contacted Sophie and she arranged all the finance in preparation but she went on holiday the next day so advised me to contact Linda. The following day we made the purchase over the phone with Linda who again was wonderful, Linda also dealt with us at the collection and we received a lovely little gift with the car too.
I tell the long story to demonstrate how easy the buying process was, both Sophie and Linda are a credit to Motorline, both very professional, helpful and very nice to deal with. I have never used Motorline before but will be back in a flash when I am next buying a car and will recommend them to all my friends and family, especially those looking into electric vehicles.
The car was also prepared to a pristine condition, I wish I could clean a car and get it that sparkling.
