Very positive experience, Stephen was very efficient in dealing with my initial enquiry through to the purchase of our Q5. The car was immaculate on collection with very minor items identified on the test drive rectified. Based on my dealings to date i would highly recommend Motorline Direct for quality used cars and service.
The one constructive suggestion i would make is to reduce the amount of paper documents you need to sign for a transaction.
With the technology available today an e sign or similar product which is electronically sent to all concerned would save on paper and also avoid writers cramp for the purchaser.

Another regular visit to Motorline with Gary and another very easy "here's the keys, take it for a test drive" experience. Then purchased the nearly new-looking A Class Mercedes and was very satisfied. Had it 2 days and still smiling. Great purchase, friendly unintrusive staff, good banter and very easy transaction, hand-held by Gary all the way to handover. Jonathan, Joao & Stephen made from the same mould as Gary and you should have a great experience here. No payment changed hands for the review !!
