A fantastic experience dealing with Motorline Direct, easily the best car buying experience I've had to date. Sophie was fantastic, great communication and was picked up from the train station. I was able to take a test drive and no pressure sales. Highly recommended if your in the market for a luxury car and competitively priced!! Infact the only stressful part in buying my car was trying to arrange car insurance with my own insurance company!! Highly recommended!!

I have to say this was the most positive experience I have ever had when buying a car. Everything was first class. The car showroom was clean, tidy and welcoming. The attention to detail was brilliant. The interaction with all staff was great, with nothing being too much trouble. We dealt with a lady called Linda who was very professional and knowledgeable. You felt you had bought a car as opposed to being sold a car. It was a very happy, relaxed atmosphere. A slight issue that was dealt with straight away without any issues. Wouldn't hesitate to both recommend the company and deal with them again.

I bought a Nissan X-trail yesterday from Sophie. The service was top notch. lots of helpful communication beforehand and it was very easy to organise collection and payment. When I arrived to collect the car, I received a very warm welcome and a cuppa after a bit of a drive to get there. Sophie was really helpful, explained everything clearly and even sorted out taxing the car there and then for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for a car.
