A great experience dealing with Motorline Direct . Great customer service . Very tidy ,clean showroom with wide range of cars . I have to say best customer service by Steve who explains every thing honestly . They also picked me up from train station to their site, great service.
Only a small point I will raise that after taking my car for wash 2 time there are few marks. They were not visible when I took the car , may be the way they clean or polish.
Rest of every thing perfect . Definitely recommend .

We were met on arrival by our contact Gary who showed us around the car and went through all of the details. We then took the vehicle for a test drive, we were taken on a comprehensive test drive giving me a good feel for the car. On the return to the showroom we discussed the part exchange of our vehicle (over a much needed coffee). Gary was very pleasant and helpful during this and sorted out all the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. On our return 3 days later to collect the car we were once again met by Gary for the handover. He completed all of the necessary paperwork for us

I saw a car last week which was for sale at Motorline Direct. I live quite a distance away (near Manchester) and arranged a look at the car with a nice lady called Sophie. On arrival I was treated very courteously, was given a nice cup of coffee and then left to look over the car (limited edition Lexus GS300h) without any hassle from anyone. I had done a lot of homework on the car so knew what I was after. There were a few things Sophie couldn't answer immediately but before I left, she had found out the relevant information which was very useful.
I took the car for a test drive and decided to buy the car. I part-exchanged my car as part of the deal.
I collected the car yesterday. Sophie had everything ready and she explained everything clearly which is very important as it's the 2nd most expensive item I've bought ...... after my house!
It's only day 1 but the warranty on the car is 'peace of mind' for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone who is after a nice motor. Talking of which, there are loads of lovely BMW's, Mercs ........ and there was even a Bentley, under a nice, covered showroom.

I have nothing but positive things to say about buying from motorline Loughborough.
All the staff were helpful and polite and made the whole business as easy as possible.
Special mention to Linda Lord who dealt with our sale personally, very pleasant lady who picked us up and dropped us at home on our first viewing of the car we eventually bought ( Toyota Verso) as ours had been stolen.
The car was reasonably priced and was washed and valeted when I collected it.
Overall would use them again and would happily
recommend.
recommend them to others which is something i am usually wary of doing
