Finally bought my new BMW 4 series today from Motorline Direct and I couldn't be more happy with how nice and easy it was. Gary who helped me with the whole process was super polite and made it the easiest car purchase ever. But to be honest all staff was super nice and friendly. Great selection of cars to choose from and very decent prices too. I will be 100% percent returning to get my next car. 10/10 would recommend.

It was very busy when I first went and a guy that helped me didn't usually work in sales but he was really helpful. I pretty much knew I wanted the car so they didn't need to sell to me but they are clearly not pressure sales people anyway. Sophie took over and took my details and deposit and kept me updated. When I picked up the car it was all ready for me, Sophie dealt with the remaining bits and everything was very smooth. She gave me a gift box too which was very welcome. The whole experience was great from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them
