The Motorlinedirect building is really clean, all the vehicles looked in mint condition. Well sort and taken care of. The staff appeared friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend Motorline Direct Ltd to friends and family because of the service I was given. Buying a second hand car can create a lot of unnecessary worry and raise questions as to true condition. I was confident that the car I was buying was as described and Motorline even refreshed the MOT and serviced the vehicle upon request due to dates and mileage. Linda was great to deal with and I would purchase again in the future. The AA extended warranty they can provide at a cost has also eased my decision in purchasing.

I would recommend this company to anyone. First class experience no pushy sales person. all vehicles are immaculate especially on collection of my Kuga. Gary is a super guy to deal with nothing is too much, on going into reception all staff are polite and super friendly. This is my second vehicle the first when the company was in Shepshed. Outstanding customer service, keep up the good work it's much appreciated.

Came across Motorline Direct on Auto Trader and wasn't actually looking to buy but fell in love with one of their cars and enquired.

Sophie called me straight back answering my questions and arranged a test drive/visit to Loughborough. A PX estimate was given based on photos and description of my car to make the exchange as easy as possible, to which on the day went through with ease.

We ran into an issue with the car however Sophie and Ash were straight on it finding a solution. A testament to their customer service and can't fault how this was managed.
