Lynda at Motorline Direct was absolutely amazing. After speaking to Lynda and discussing what vehicle we have seen and this is the one we want Lynda had started the process. We had a few issues but Lynda was always there on the phone making sure we had nothing to worry about and were always kept in the loop. Once everything was completed we arranged a date for collection of the vehicle. In the week before collection Lynda kept us updated on the vehicle progress as it was getting ready for us to collect. Finally the day of collection we got to Motorline Direct met with Lynda and was offered tea/ coffee then taken into the office to complete the final paper work. Lynda explained everything to us. We were now complete and ready to go. Lynda gave us a gift box which was really nice. Thank you Lynda

Recently bought a Tesla model 3 from Motrorline Loughborough after seeing their 5 star reviews online. The garage was very presentable with a range of top quality cars. I dealt with Gary who was really helpful and efficient, making it a very smooth transaction.

I had a couple of technical problems with the car that only Tesla could solve. Motrorline were great at communicating through the process and covered the cost through the warranty. It was a hassle free experience from start to finish.

I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
