From start to finish, the service at Motorline Direct was outstanding. Gary greeted us warmly and had the car brought right to the main entrance, beautifully presented. We were offered hot and cold drinks, while everything was prepared. The paperwork was all ready to go, and presented in a professional, branded folder, making the process smooth and stress free.

Gary went above and beyond, handling the tax, logbook transfer, and making sure everything was sorted on our behalf. As a final touch, we received a branded gift box with a mini bottle of fizz, a pen, chocolates, a keyring, and, funnily enough, my favourite fragrance, Lime Basil and Mandarin. Really shows the pride they take in their service.

I'd highly recommend Motorline Direct, and will definitely be returning in the future.

What an amazing car buying experience, Ash and Gary could not have done anything to make it any better! I viewed the car after it had just came into stock in an unprepared condition, I was happy to purchase, Ash informed me that the car would be prepared which included removal of a couple of small dents and a wheel refurb. Upon collection Ash informed me that the tyres were a bit low so they were replaced as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

We purchased a Model Y from Sophie back in April and the service could not have been smoother. We had visited a few different showrooms in the prior weeks and I felt very pressured by all of them in all honesty. Sophie was the complete opposite and alleviated all of my concerns.
