I was very nervous of buying another van as I had had problems in the past. However, I really felt at ease with the team at Motorline Direct. Most dealers just sell vehicles, but I felt that Ash, Sophie, Gary and the team wanted to understand what I was looking for and why and they also understood why I was nervous. I ask a lot of questions and they were super patient with me - hence getting to know them by name! There was zero sales pressure, I was left alone to take a look at vans, I was looked after when I found one that I was really interested in, but still, no pressure, just helping me come to a decision. They also took time to sit down and share all the paperwork with me that they had on the van, giving me the space needed to read everything. You will always have to do your own due diligence, especially on the service history checks, but overall I felt in good hands. They also make a lovely cup of tea and I enjoyed their very thoughtful gift box when picking up the van. too!
