Recently purchased an excellent Ford Transit from Sophie and the team. Quick communication answering all of the questions I had asked about and explained the process of deposit so the car was ready to drive away on the day. We were travelling over 3 hours so important for us to be able to take the vehicle back with us. Very fair part exchange price agreed on the phone and honoured upon collection. We had a small issue with the radio during the drive home, nothing that could have been picked up before. The team got straight on it to resolve and understood the issue of us being over 3 hours away so agreed to us having the vehicle repaired by Ford locally and then reimbursed us quickly. Best car buying experience I've had so far! Highly recommend.

I recently part-exchanged my old car for a new one at Motorline Direct, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Sophie handled the process brilliantly "“ her communication was clear, prompt, and friendly throughout, which made everything straightforward from start to finish.

During the final checks before collection, Sophie and the team identified a problem with the car. Although this meant a short delay in picking it up, I really appreciated their honesty and diligence in making sure the vehicle was completely fit for purpose before handing it over. The car was also fully serviced and had its MOT completed before collection, and when I arrived it was immaculate both inside and out.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with both the car and the service provided. Sophie's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers really stood out, and I would have no hesitation recommending Motorline Direct to others.
