My experience at Motorline Direct Ltd was positive because. Sophie was excellent to deal with which put me at ease from the initial conversation to the handover. As it was a virtual purchase without having seen the vehicle in person prior to collection the vehicle was exactly as described and was nicely prepared with all documents present and even picked me up from the train station which was nice. Lovely drive back to sunny North Wales. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend motorline.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Motorline Direct, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Firstly, the showroom is immaculate, the quality and presentation of the vehicles on display are second to none. But what really sets this company apart is the customer service. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality and attention we received were absolutely outstanding.

We had called ahead to let them know the type of car we were looking for. When we arrived, they had already lined up several options for us, even going as far as retrieving some vehicles from storage just so we could view everything in one visit.

There was no pressure at all, we were given just the right amount of attention and then left to browse comfortably, with the reassurance that someone was nearby if we needed anything. They were happy to accommodate of our requests and made the whole process stress free.

We were looking for a VW Transporter, which anyone who's searched for one will know isn't easy to find. We ended up reserving a vehicle that wasn't even on site yet, however we were given a clear timeline and regular updates. When we returned to collect the car, the hospitality was just as good, and we even left with a thoughtful goodie bag.

We would 100% recommend Motorline Direct and will definitely return when we're ready for our next car. Although the showroom was an hour's drive away, it was well worth the trip. In a time when great service can be hard to come by, this was a truly refreshing experience.
