I recently purchased a car from MotorLine Direct and my experience was excellent from start to finish. I first saw the vehicle on Autotrader and handled the initial process remotely, which went very smoothly. Communication was clear and quick, and all my questions were answered honestly and directly.

Gary assisted me throughout the process, including with the finance application, which was submitted internally. Within about an hour I received an update regarding the approval. It was a very fast and efficient service. Since the car appeared clean and well maintained, I decided to visit the dealership without needing much more detail.

Before handing the car over, they completed the MOT for me. This included an oil change, which I was told is a standard procedure there. Once I arrived, we went through the final agreements, I took the car for a short test drive, completed the paperwork, and then headed back home with my new car.

So far everything has been great and I have not experienced any issues. The entire process was smooth, transparent and stress free. Gary and the team were very helpful and friendly, and it was clear that they take pride in their work.

Overall, I am very satisfied with MotorLine Direct. I was well informed at each stage, guided clearly throughout the process, and received exactly what was promised. I would certainly recommend them as a trustworthy and reliable dealership
