Recently purchased vehicle from Motorline Direct and would highly recommend.

All vehicle we looked at were well presented and of high quality. We didn't give advanced notice of visit so reassured that this is consistent with all their vehicles.
Sales Executive, Sophie was polite, accommodating and well informed.
Test drive was quick to arrange there and then and were given option for unaccompanied test drive.
Options of extended warranty and car care were represented accurately with no pushy sale. I did my own research at home and took both out as cost was good value.
Exchange was straightforward and without stress. All relevant documents were provided in a folder and hopefully make it more different for me to misplace them.
After visiting a number of other companies on our journey, it was refreshing to be treated as a valued customer upon 1st introduction.

Spoke to Gary and he handled everything, from our enquiry about the vehicle, to viewing the car on saturday, to purchasing and picking our car up today.

Gary was professional and helpful, and not the slightest bit pushy for us to purchase, like in most dealerships.

Car came m.o.t'd, serviced and valeted, a new boot liner and mats and a lovely little gift too! Gary even sorted out the road tax for us before we drove away.

Couldn't recommend motorline direct enough, will definitely use again in the future. By far the best experience we've had purchasing from a dealership.

Absolutely brilliant service. Sophie was excellent and even gave the best after care service. We bought a transporter which had a fault on it, but because we drove around 200 miles to collect she said take it and fix it locally and we'll cover the cost. Absolutely followed up on her word and made every effort to make it stress free. Will definitely use this company again for our next vehicle
