"This was my first dealing with Motorline Direct L.t.d. and from the very first time I spoke to Sophie found her polite and professional. I only viewed my vehicle from the pictures on there website which was as good as ive seen anywhere. paid deposit sorted all paperwork over internet which was straight forward, given date to pick up and collect which is when i met Sophie who was a pleasure to deal with, showed me vehicle checked over, all paperwork explained and dealt with efficiently what more can i say. would recomend Motorline Direct to anyone for a smooth straight forward transaction. Motorline Direct Ltd were great because - Bought a car a few months back from other dealership, sadly went back to garage. So my previous experience was disappointing. Found a GTE Volkswagen Golf at Motorline Direct, and dealing with Gary was a breeze. He was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to oversell. Loved the car, and Gary made the process easy, explaining everything without the usual car dealer hype. The collection day went smoothly, and the car has been perfect since.
