Refreshingly honest and professional experience. I have visited many garages, and either experience male dominated sales reps, pushy sales reps, or reps that have no time/inclination to properly help. As soon as I entered motorline it was clear that all the cars are well looked after/checked. There was zero pressure to use their finance/products. Everything was explained with no rush or sales gimmicks. All the staff were super friendly. The best part for me was walking in to the office that was staffed with all women, so refreshing! More garages need to realise that 50% of their potential customers are women, and it makes a huge difference to have staff that represent that. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Special thanks to Sophie!
