Main Duties will include:
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Processing supplier invoices / credit notes and reconciling these against month end statements.
- Month end payment runs
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- Process car purchase invoices
- Invoice vehicles once sold
- Reconcile customer payments
- Daily cash management and banking
- Monthly financial information / reports
- Managing the filing system
- Support with other accounting duties when required
- Assisting with general administration
As an Accounts Clerk / Assistant you will ideally have:
- Experience within an office environment working within an accounts team.
- Accurate typing skills and an excellent level of attention to detail
- Advance level of Mircrosoft Office, in particular Excel
- Good understanding of Sage 50
Salary will depend on experience.
